Project: ART151 Digital Photography
Objective: Photograph a subject within their natural space.

For this project, I wanted to challenge myself in portraiture. I find that shooting people is one of the most difficult things to get "right" in photography, so I experimented with the balance between candid and posed subjects. Color was also very important to me though its often overlooked in everyday photography, so I intentionally included primary colors, but in a way that is natural and easy on the eyes.
Judy is a junior at the University of Southern California. Though born in Seoul, Korea she was educated internationally in Japan and America. Alongside being a Business and Cinematic Arts joint major, she is also a choreographer and dancer for Chaotic 3, USC's Competitive Hip-Hop Dance Team.
